Jurassic Moon

The lived reality of an age leaves traces on our physical and psychological landscape – through roads, walls and borders built, trees felled, buildings destroyed and constructed and also through the stories that are passed down from one generation to the next.

Caraboo Projects’ third exhibition Jurassic Moon draws together artists whose work explores the symbiotic relationship between humans and their habitat.

Jurassic Moon featured film installation, painting, drawing and sculpture by Juan delGado, Dorcas Casey, Oliver McConnie, Mary Roberts-Holmes and a commissioned sound piece by Charlie Morris.

I was commissioned to create a podcast based around the themes of the exhibition of storytelling, the passing of time and contradictory narratives. I interviewed local business owners, conservationists and artists and brought it all together with music, sound design and voice overs. This podcast, along with the first podcast I did for Caraboo Projects, can be found at Apple podcasts.
